Shipping Process & Delivery Time
Orders are dispatched the next business day after payment is received. For international shipments outside the EU, an extra business day is required for customs processing.
To ensure security and efficiency, we ship exclusively on business days (Monday to Friday).
Shipping Methods & Insurance
Every order is securely packaged and shipped fully insured. By default, we use DHL Express, unless an alternative method has been arranged.
Transfer of Risk
- Consumers (§ 13 BGB): The responsibility remains with us until the package is delivered to you. If you delay acceptance, risk transfer is considered to have occurred at that point.
- Business Customers (§ 14 BGB): Risk transfers once the package is handed over to the courier or designated shipping service.
International Shipments & Import Fees
For deliveries outside the EU, customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, or other import fees. We cannot cover or reimburse these costs and are not liable for any delays due to customs procedures.
Reporting Shipping Damage
If your package arrives damaged, report the issue directly to the shipping carrier immediately. Additionally, notify us in writing within three days, providing a detailed description of the problem.
Refund Policy
Your Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order—no explanation required. This period starts on the day you, or a person authorized by you (excluding the shipping carrier), takes possession of the item.
To initiate a return, please notify us clearly via letter or email.

Refund Process
Once we receive your cancellation request, we will issue a full refund, including standard shipping costs (excluding any extra charges from premium shipping choices). The refund will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive your request.
The refund will be sent via the same payment method you used for your original transaction, unless another arrangement is agreed upon.
Return & Item Condition
We will arrange for a courier pickup at no extra cost using DHL Express or FedEx.
Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, documents, and accessories. If the item shows signs of unnecessary handling that affects its value, a deduction may be made from your refund.
